Each family group will be give 2 yards of colored fabric: one square yard of material to create a family flag the assigned color of their group and one square yard to be cut or ripped into strips 1.5 in x 12 inches approximately to be attached to family tents, coolers, 5 gallon water containers (2 per family), and family bucket so that these items will be easily identified at unloading and set up times. 

Neckerchiefs will be provided and distributed through the Mas and Pas to each youth participant and will be your family’s assigned color. Please plan to wear it throughout the trek to help others identify you with your group. These can be used around your neck as sun protection, in your hair as a headband, around your wrist, arm or ankle.
